We carefully studied and designed every detail of the Ausker Pressure Cooker to create a cutting-edge experience and to offer a thoughtful product able to satisfy even the most advanced home cooks.
In this 3D video you can discover in depth all the features and specifications of the Ausker Pressure Cooker.
The pressure lid
What makes an efficient and safe pressure cooker get the job done, it’s the lid. Ausker’s Pressure Lid offers the best sealing in a reliable safety mechanism built into the lid. Our biggest innovation is the ease of use and precise control that our dial mechanism allows.
Our Lid enables three different levels of pressure intensity, compared to most competitors who only have one or two, and the icons around the dial make it easy to understand and remember, how to use the pot.
The Stainless steel body
Ausker’s Pressure Cooker is compatible with all cooking surfaces and stoves. It’s made of solid and high conductivity, 1mm thick #304 Stainless Steel, and a strong 1cm encapsulated aluminum bottom designed to deliver maximum heat with minimum energy dispersion.
Inside the Cooker, the volume guides will help you use just the right amount of water. There are marks indicating the ideal water volume for steam cooking, minimum and maximum water volumes for pressure cooking, and everything in between.
The steaming basket
To improve every home cook’s experience and allow everyone to benefit from the steam cooking pressure intensity, we have paired our Pressure Cooker with a capacious steaming basket.

The included steaming basket is capacious enough to help you cook for either a person or an entire family in no time with the pot steaming pressure level. The basket also comes with an anti-burn silicone handle for a safe, and comfortable grip.
The Glass LID
We included an additional glass lid with a shiny stainless-steel rim and Ausker’s signature utensil-holder knob. It allows you to use the pressure cooker as a regular pot while keeping a close eye to the food while cooking.
Not your average pressure cooker
The market offers a variety of pressure cookers, with different sizes and options. It is easy to find uncomfortable, scary, and hard-to-operate pressure cookers. Most of the time they require a lot of space due to their bigger size, which makes them hard to store in a normal, modern-day kitchen.
Concerning electronic and tabletop devices, they often get in the way and feel distracting, letting the cook fiddle with buttons and set programs. They leave a lot less room for creativity, talent, and personal taste. The credit for the result is mostly given to the device, rather than to the cook.
Ausker’s Pressure Cooker, on the other hand, allows the home cook to experiment, have better control and create recipes of his/her own.
