Doig, who lives and works between Trinidad and London, is understood for unsettling landscapes that mix actuality, recollections, photos from movie and pictures and references to masterpieces of artwork. Jones will reveal the fruit of their collaboration in an internet presentation scheduled for Jan. 22 at 2 p.m. CET, as a part of the all-digital version of Paris Males’s Style Week.
Since taking on as inventive director of males’s collections at Dior, Jones has labored with artists as diverse as Kaws, Daniel Arsham, Hajime Sorayama and Raymond Pettibon. His most up-to-date collections featured works by Amoako Boafo and Kenny Scharf.
